The privacy policy aims to provide a natural person – the data subject – with information on the purposes for which personal data are processed, the applicable legal basis, the scope of processing, protection and processing period during data collection and processing of the data subject's personal data.

General provisions

1. Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. The Privacy Policy applies to ensure the protection of the privacy and personal data of the following groups:

  • Individuals – customers of Bruzaitemusic.
  • Persons whose personal data is processed on social networks and is related to marketing activities organized by Bruzaitemusic.

3. Bruzaitemusic cares about the privacy and protection of personal data of Customers, respects the rights of Customers to the lawfulness of personal data processing in accordance with applicable legal acts – the Law on the Protection of Natural Persons, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

4. The Privacy Policy applies to data processing, regardless of the form and/or environment in which the Client provides personal data (in person, on the Bruzaitemusic website, in paper format or by telephone). 

Purpose of personal data processing

5.1. "Bruzaitemusic" processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provision of services and sale of goods;
  • To serve customers;
  • To handle claims;
  • To identify the customer;
  • To prepare and conclude contracts;
  • To administer payments;
  • To supply goods and provide services (contractual obligations);
  • To develop new goods and services;
  • To promote goods and services;
  • To retain customers, increase loyalty, and conduct satisfaction surveys;

5.2. For business planning and analysis;

5.3. For customer safety;

5.4. For other specific purposes for which the Client's consent has been obtained, by providing specific data to Bruzaitemusic.

Categories of recipients of personal data

6. Bruzaitemusic does not disclose to 3rd parties the Client's personal data or any information received during the provision of services and the validity of the contract, including information about the goods and services received, except for:

  • Based on the Client's clear and unambiguous consent;
  • To persons specified in external legal acts, upon their motivated request, in the manner and to the extent specified in external legal acts;
  • In cases provided for in external legal acts, to protect the legitimate interests of Bruzaitemusic, for example, when applying to a court or other national institutions regarding a person who has violated the legitimate interests of Bruzaitemusic.
Transfer of personal data

7. Bruzaitemusic does not transfer Personal Data to 3rd parties, except to the extent necessary to conduct a legitimate business, ensuring that the relevant 3rd parties maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data and ensure applicable protection.

7.1. Bruzaitemusic has the right to transfer Personal Data to Bruzaitemusic's suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others who assist Bruzaitemusic and its clients in carrying out commercial activities in order to implement cooperation. 

Personal data retention period

8. Bruzaitemusic stores and processes Customers' personal data as long as one of the following criteria applies:

  • Only as long as the contract concluded with the Client or the service provided to the Client is valid;
  • The data is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
  • Until the Client's request is fully reviewed and/or implemented;
  • As long as Bruzaitemusic or the Client can realize their legitimate interests (for example, provide feedback or file a lawsuit in court) in accordance with the procedure provided for by external legal acts;
  • As long as Bruzaitemusic has a legal obligation to store data;
  • As long as the Client's consent to process the relevant personal data is valid, unless there is another legal basis for data processing. 

9. After the circumstances mentioned in point 8 no longer apply, the Client's data shall be deleted. Audit records shall be stored for at least one year from the date of their completion.

Access to personal data and other client rights

10. The client has the right to receive information provided for in legal acts related to the processing of his data.

11. In compliance with the law, the Client has the right to request from Bruzaitemusic to access his/her personal data, as well as to request from Bruzaitemusic to supplement, correct or delete them, or to restrict processing in relation to the Client, or the right to object to the processing of data (including the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of Bruzaitemusic's legitimate interests), as well as the right to data portability. These rights are exercised to the extent that the processing of data is related to the obligations of Bruzaitemusic, which are established in accordance with applicable legal acts, and which are carried out in the public interest. 

12. The Client, in order to exercise his right, may submit a request electronically by sending an e-mail to the address info@bruzaitemusic.com

13. Upon receipt of a request from the Client to exercise his/her right, the Client's identity is verified, the request is examined and executed in accordance with legal acts.

14. Bruzaitemusic sends the response to the Client by e-mail to the contact address provided by the Client;

15. Bruzaitemusic ensures compliance with data processing and protection requirements based on legal acts, and upon the Client's submission of claims, takes useful steps to resolve the complaint. However, if this fails, the Client has the right to contact the supervisory authority - the State Data Inspectorate. 

16. Bruzaitemusic undertakes to ensure the accuracy of Personal Data and trusts its customers, suppliers and other third parties who transmit Personal Data to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the transmitted Personal Data.

Customer consent to data processing and the right to withdraw it

17. The Customer gives consent to the processing of personal data, the legal basis of which is consent (for example, to receive commercial communications, analysis of personal data), by performing the steps of ordering goods on the Bruzaitemusic website and mobile devices or elsewhere where Bruzaitemusic organizes marketing activities.

18. The Client has the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time in the same manner in which it was given.

19. Withdrawal of consent does not affect data processing carried out during the validity period of the Client's consent.

20. Upon withdrawal of consent, data processing carried out on other legal grounds cannot be terminated.

Commercial messages

21. Bruzaitemusic sends commercial messages related to the services of Bruzaitemusic and/or third parties and other messages not directly related to the provision of services (for example, customer surveys) in accordance with the procedure provided for in external legal acts or based on the Customer's consent.

22. Bruzaitemusic may communicate, as well as send commercial messages, using an automatic calling system or electronic means of communication.

23. The client gives consent to receive commercial messages from Bruzaitemusic and/or its partners by performing the steps of ordering goods on the Bruzaitemusic website and mobile devices or elsewhere where Bruzaitemusic organizes marketing activities.

24. The consent given by the Client to receive commercial communications is valid until its revocation (including after the expiration of the service agreement). The Client may refuse to continue receiving commercial communications at any time in one of the following ways: 

  • By sending a request to the email address: info@bruzaitemusic.com; 
  • Having used the automated option provided for commercial communication, you can refuse to receive further messages by clicking on the opt-out link at the end of the relevant commercial message (e-mail).

25. Bruzaitemusic stops sending commercial messages as soon as the Client's request is processed. The processing of the request depends on technological capabilities, which may take up to five business days.

26. By expressing their opinion in surveys and leaving their contact details (e-mail address, phone number, etc.), the Client agrees that Bruzaitemusic may contact them using the contact information provided in connection with the assessment provided by the Client.

Visiting websites and managing cookies

27. Cookies may be used on Bruzaitemusic websites: 

  • Cookies are files that a website stores on users' computers in order to identify the user and make it easier for them to use the website. Internet browsers can be configured to warn the customer about the use of cookies and allow the customer to choose whether to accept them. Not accepting cookies does not prevent the customer from using the website, but it may limit the customer's ability to use the website;
  • Bruzaitemusic websites may contain links to third-party websites that have their own rules of use and personal data protection, for the completeness of which Bruzaitemusic is not responsible. 

Other provisions

28. Bruzaitemusic has the right to change and supplement the Privacy Policy, as well as to make it available to the Client and publish it on the Bruzaitemusic website.
